A 2.2 magnitude earthquake shook up Westchester County, New York, early on Friday morning, according to the United States Geological Survey. The epicenter of the tremors was the village of Hastings-on-Hudson. The shaking reportedly began at 1:53 a.m. According to the UCGS, shaking was reported by residents of Greenwich, Stamford, Danbury, New Haven and even as far as Niantic. The earthquake was reported to have a depth of 6.4 miles with a "light" intensity. Some people took to Twitter to talk about the earthquake, with a few individuals reporting that their houses shook during the quake.
